Yeah there were only two options left after STOLE. I guessed wrong, based on the recent uptick in double-letter words. LOTTO is also a common word in Spelling Bee, which I play daily, so it came to my mind first.

Tough word. My guesses narrowed it down quickly, but that doesn't mean I didn't stare at it for ages. Nearly guessed AMPLE as a throw-away because I was stuck.
