Hit their last 7 shots - by my memory, Kromah and Napier for 5 of them, one by Olander and one by Giffey with garbage seconds left when he had no choice but to lay it in. And hit their final 6 free throws while getting a few key stops.

Buzzer beaters and last second defensive blocks to win are fun and all, but I'll take a grind the other team down and win without heroics any day.

Take a 5 point lead with 2:30 left and never let them get closer and end up winning by 10. That's UConn basketball. Take their heart out and cruise to an easy end game. Love it.

In about an hour I'm going to go back and watch the last 10 minutes.

Definitely cool to go in to a pit like Memphis and go perfect down the stretch.

Speaking of buzzer beaters...how good is Boat in the last 10 seconds of the half? Feels like he's hit at least a half dozen or so right befire halftime.

Because they won, I'll take the low hanging fruit cheapshot.

How good is he at the end of the 1st half? Way better than the last minute of the second half.

Hard to put the 9 second call on him. The other turnover was bad but I don't get why they're throwing the ball to a 5-10 kid in the baseline corner 94 feet from the hoop. Turnover waiting to happen. Credit to Memphis for locking Shabazz off, I guess.

9 second call. Classic. He was at about the free throw line in the front court when they called it...with 26 on the shot clock.

I watched it in slow-mo like 10 times on my DVR. It's really close and could go either way.

The one play where Lasan beat everybody down the court for a lay up early on. That was vintage UConn bball. Better conditioned and out-hustling competition.

This is God paying us back for the dozens or so halftime off-the-glass 3s we've endured from our opponents over the years.

If L'ville hits one of those on Saturday, I'm sending a long distance wet willy your way.
