Connecticut in the summer is much nicer than No Carolina in the summer.

Lexie Brown is the better WNBA prospect than Nurse. Kia will perform well in any environment similar to UConn. She can distribute the ball to other good players, as long as she's the 4/5th option.

Stevens would've been top 2 or 3 if she stayed another year.

No way. She’d likely be behind many of McCowan, Brown, KLS, Ogunbowale, Durr, and Collier among others. This was her best chance to go high. Dallas got a steal nabbing her at 6....I thought Indiana should’ve taken her at 2.

Hard to say if it should be Lexie or Kia. I'll be ok with either, I guess, but many fans that attend Sun games are emotionally just UConn fans to the exclusion of reason and basketball sense at times... they will be vocal and very unhappy if Kia is available and the Sun take a pass on her.

Interesting Interview for Kia. Darnell drafted 7 Kia 10. Kia a bit pissed.

She mentioned she had long discussions with Liberty coach Katie Smith about what parts of her game she can improve in. Mid range and finishing around the basket and that Katie Smith can help with that.

Sparks probably got the best player available in the Draft in Maria Vadeeva of Russia. The question is, will she play in the WNBA. According to what I've read she seems willing. Probably being drafted by LA will help as she'll get plenty of publicity.
