Guess I should have had a Poll would Geno be at the Draft. He's been at previous drafts. KML & Kiah's teammates are at the draft. We probably won't know if CD or any of the other coaches are there. I expect at least one of them are.

She went to high school here (The Triad)... then went to a local college High Point University. She transferred to a bigger stage for her senior year.. and it definitely paid off. I doubt she would have been selected in the first round if she remained at HPU.

So many 1st round players picked who weren't at the draft party. Goes to show how strange (and to be honest, mostly weak) the draft class is. There are very few "obvious pick now" players in it.

edit: in retrospect, though, it might have made sense to have Malott there after her great tourney performance
