i'll at least watch the first half. i think they really messed up by putting games on new years eve (ratings show that it was), i didn't even realize the games were played till commercials of the championship game were shown on friday or saturday.
You make the mistake of assuming everybody posting here is a FOOTBALL fan. I'm a sports fan with a special interest in watching UConn win at everything.I don't believe anyone who says they won't watch. If you're a college football fan you are watching this game.

Why? Is it because I don't feel the same way you do? That's awfully narrow thinking on your part. I like sports but I have other things that are a higher priority in my life. I wish you the best with your beliefs.I feel bad for you.
No, if you said you were not watching because you had other stuff to do thats cool, but that is not remotely close to what you saidWhy? Is it because I don't feel the same way you do? As of right now, I have no rooting interest either way. But I will (probably Clemson +7) at some point and I will be glued to my seat as long as it remains competitive.
Once Alabama makes this game boring I won't be watching it....
Walk-on freshman with 2 receiving TDs. Not bad.
AmazingRS Fr Hunter Renfrow's football scholarship offers: App State, Charleston Southern, Gardner-Webb, Furman, Wofford & Presbyterian.
Did that just happen with the clock in a National Championship Game? That was a MONSTER mistake by the officials.

It was ridiculous, can't believe the refs didn't set the clock back and give the timeout back, also can't believe how th announcers barely mentioned it.It was disgraceful. They screwed Clemson out of time and a timeout as a result of it. Clemson definitely lost at least one play, but the announcers just glossed over it like it was no big deal.
