More? Possibly. But man is our identity, and as I've said about 5 billion times on here, you can adjust your man defense to do what you're look for from a zone if you're smart about it.

Without help, he will be destroyed down low. But we know Hurley believes in analytics on D, and that his first goal is to prevent open 3s and risk giving up things at the rim.

Actually, he prioritizes both defending the 3 point line and protecting the rim, he concedes the mid-range. Our offense is the opposite (hunting 3's and rim-runs while not bothering much in the mid-range).

How effectively we'll be able to do that without Clingan is another matter.

If guys are driving by us we need to take a half step back and let them take an 18 foot jumper if they want. No need to play lost of these guys like they’re Steph Curry because they aren’t. We made this adjustment last year but it took way longer than it should have.
