The selection show isn't til 7pm yet ESPNU is showing women's first round games at 3pm during the bracketology program. Talk about disrespect, that is just not right.

And the worst of it... they have UConn as a 2 seed in the Albany Region with Louisville as the 1 seed.

A huge snafu, apparently, on ESPN's part! LOL

Apparently, Tennessee is in as #11 seed at Maryland.

Texas is a #7 seed against #10 seed Indiana, and paired with #2 seed Oregon in Eugene, OR.

ESPN accidentally ran the women's matchups in its graphics instead of the men's matchups.

Where are you getting this from?

I have been watching ESPNU for the last 10 minutes and I think it has been corrected and is not showing up on the ticker-tape (anymore?) which I imagine is where it came up. So guys, stop leaking it out for those who have not seen it.:mad::mad:

I just wanted to make sure I wasn't seeing things that weren't really there but when they went through it a second time I had to say something. I just shake my head that they could be so careless. My God who is running that shi- ...ship in Bristol?

It is what it is. I now know my team's fate 3-4 hours earlier than expected. I'm fine in knowing early.

Apparently that's how they solved the problem of Syracuse and Louisville possibly meeting before the E8. Actually I'd rather see UConn play Syracuse than Oregon State. But that calls for a big re-slotting for Charlie's chart.

Or, don't click on this thread when you see the Subject line.

I guess I did not have the intelligence to know exactly what was happening based on the title of the thread alone. And just pointing out that they made a snafu does not mean that we had to double down.

I just entered this thread to answer your very constructive criticism and now I will leave this thread with my eyes closed.:oops::oops::oops::oops:

Or on the Internet, just in general.

Considering the demographics of this board.... its almost dinner time now........ so perhaps this wont be a problem :p:D:eek::rolleyes::cool::confused:;););):):p:D

the last time i poked fun at those older than I.... i dropped and shattered my phone a few hours later.... lets hope something similar doesnt happen this time

The title is hardly clear. I assumed this was a thread asking why 1st round games would be broadcast on ESPNU.

Same. I don't care about having the reveal spoiled, but it wasn't the content I expected to see in this thread.

ALBANY
R Morris @ 1 Lou / Michigan v Kansas St
Boise @ 4 Ore St / UALR v Gonzaga

PORTLAND (?)
? @ 1 Miss St / Clem v
FGCU @ 4 Miami / UCF v Ariz St

In my bracket I had 1 UConn v 4 Syr & 2 Lou v 3 Ore St. Looks like we got that anyway but with different seed #s.

Okay, SPOILER ALERT FOLKS! Stop reading if you don't want to know...
