I'll say it again. We must make Paschal Chukwu a priority. We do not want a CT kid (mind you he's 7'2" and growing) to escape our borders. Chukwu and McLaughlin should be priorities.

there's so many things the staff could do with his size and athleticism. he would immediately be an upgrade over the other bigs. get it done and get it done soon. never stop recruting talent.

We could use Oubre as a point forward. Purvis Calhoun Hamilton Oubre then a true big. Having four handlers out there you would think we be ok with no true PG. It will be very interesting to see if the staff has faith in Purvis as a point guard.

The way we are recruiting right now, it seems like that's how we are trying to build our team, with Purvis and Samuel interchanging at point.

It looks like Daniel H is more of a finesse player compared to Oubre who plays with more aggression and strength. Hard to see Oubre being able to swing over to the 4 at times if needed if he is really 6'5." I saw him listed at 6'7" on one site, but 6'5" at multiple ones. Whatever his height, Oubre dunks with ease.

I think of Louisville's team last season and realize that they had amazing depth. It would be nice to have the talent to spread the minutes far wider than UConn has in the last few years.
