Really? Nothing in Simsbury.North Canton, CT Yep.
whole house shook pretty good and a lot of people almost immediatly went out on the street to either ask “what the flock was that?“ or talk about it.
felt it in Norwalk
NJ has a few fault lines. Actually not wildly uncommon to have earthquakes, they’re just normally very small and don’t get felt far out or even there.I heard an odd boom and then whole house creaked for a few seconds. I also wondered if we’re on some sort of fault line or something here in Glastonbury. Someone tell Coach Hurley that his house was shaking - “literally us against the PLANET.”
Did somebody drop their Bai?
Our office building in West Harford shook pretty good. Everyone felt it. I thought it lasted for 10 seconds or so.Did in northwest CT. Earthquake center in nw NJ. About 4.8!
I’m on the Easton/Redding line in Monroe and felt it for a good 45 seconds. I work on the third floor of our almost 200 yr old house so I think that helped.First earthquake I’ve felt. I think there was a small one in CA once while I was visiting that I slept through or never noticed. Shook the house here in Redding for several seconds (20-30?). It felt like our out of balance washer was on full spin cycle in the room above me.
Same in Simsbury, disappointed I feel left outReally? Nothing in Simsbury.
Same, but I was in my car.I'm in Delco, apparently other people felt it but I didn't notice anything.
