Where we will be ranked after tomorrow’s game?

18 seems rather convincing...but with all of Bill Walton's ramblings it's hard to tell how many sports writers kept the game on

Good point. I don't know wtf he was rambling on half the time. "Have you read this book? No? Hmm... Did you go to college?" like dude, respectfully, shut up. lol.

Purdue has to be higher than that after beating Gonzaga and Duke.

Anything less than #9 is disrespect. Just won every game by double digits in a perceived loaded tournament.
MSU went from unranked to #12 with a win over UK. Uconn just beat the two teams that beat the #1 team by a comb 34 points. If we dont see a similar climb i will lose my frikken mind.

.-.
#8 is my guess and I’ll be happy with anything in the top 10. Could get to top 5 next week if we take care of business with OK St and someone losses in the top 5.

.-.
We just beat our entire bracket by 20 or so points.

Now, some might suggest that with Mich St and UNC in the other bracket, a week ago that might have been a valid point.

But the two teams we clocked in the first two games went on to split with those two "powerhouses" both games close down to the wire.

I really don't care where they rank is, tomorrow. But every coach we will face for the rest of this season just left a little poo stain in his shorts tonight after watching this team.

What. A. Game.
Thinking we come in at #7 tomorrow, hoping even higher! Huskies!!

Haven’t seen other schools play like Purdue or Houston, but I’ve seen enough BB over 40 years to know this is a very deep, talented team that just put the wood to 3 quality teams while often playing like garbage for substantial stretches yet having the ability to dominate when needed. Scary good.

.-.
I'll go for 8, but it should be closer to 6.

Purdue is good. Steamrolled Duke and Gonzaga. Both those team may be overrated this year but Purdue whipped them. Houston is not the number 1 team in the country and they may voted there.

They should get first place votes. You have to figure a couple voters follow the game.

Our game was so late that people probably won't account for it in their ballots. Based on results and normal voting practices, we should be around 8. I expect around 10.

Here's my quick guess for the top ten:

1) Houston
2) Kansas
3) Texas
4) Virginia
5) Arizona
6) Purdue
7) UConn
8) Baylor
9) Indiana
10) Auburn

Baylor is my only one-loss team in the top-ten. They lost to Virginia, beat UCLA then a bunch of cupcakes.

BTW, it feels amazing to rank UConn seventh and not feel like a total homer. This is awesome!

Should 12th at the lowest. Remembering after the Maui Invitional in 2010 we jumped from unranked to 9th I believe.

7 feels real, yet somehow unjust. That’s a good feeling.

We should be ahead of UNC, Dook, UK, KU, Zags, MSU..... and many others

If we were one of them, we'd be top 5. But we're not, so we'll be top 15

And I'm OK with that. Don't need any of their "rat poison". In hoops, we get to play the game and we don't need to impress a few bureaucrats or journalists

Enjoy the ride
