Where is the schedule?!

In late spring, the AAC issued its 2019-2020 team pairings. Also in the press release of June 16th was the statement:

The complete 2019-20 men's basketball composite schedule with dates and times will be announced in late August.

Here we are in mid-September. So what is the holdup?

I've heard TV is holding up things. But if that was the case why not tell people and give them an update.

ACC and SEC have released who have a majority of their games on ESPN and Big East and A10 have released which have a bunch of games on CBSSN so I don't buy the TV argument one bit.

Maybe it takes an extra month to decide which games should be buried on ESPN+ instead?
