There is a fair amount of agility and coordination required to be competitive in the shot and discus. Eddie 'The Beast' Hall tried to use his massive strength for the discus and shot. Well that's "Degree of Difficulty" not necessarily best athlete. And their Endurance is all messed up. And they don't include Quickness.
