What would happen if AD has changed his mind about going pro?

NCAA rules about agent involvement and classes often prevent 18 year old kids from staying in school when they change their mind. ........and the outcome runs against all the things the NCAA supposedly stand for

I think the schools themselves have pushed for the early deadline for declaring for the draft.

If AD feels he isn't ready for the NBA and is willing to spend a year playing exhibition games, he should join the Globetrotters and make some money. It worked for Wilt.

If there was a dislike button, I'd use it, but I understand the logic and the cynicism. It's been a long bumpy ride the past few years.

He'd cost himself millions by returning and proving last year was no fluke. He's OVERRATED!

Solid 20th post. Great insight as to why he IS overrated and not just that he maybe wasn't quite what we expected as a frosh.......keep up the good work!

Of course he's not ready, and I would be surprised if he thought he was. I have to believe he took this into consideration when he made his decision. Also I can't imagine a HOF coach with an NBA farm stock telling him he's ready. However 'timing' and 'readiness' are two different things.

He's jumped off the high diving board and knows the water in the pool is not deep, but it's cushioned by dollar bills. He'll be okay if he works hard and doesn't get discouraged.
