Brady's wife makes more than him.

No idea how to perceive this loss. It sure doesn't feel comfortable. But then, Welker dropped a pass that could have won them a Super Bowl. Amendola is fragile. Getting Fitz would be HUGE for the Patriots. Cruz would be good too.

Welker to Amendola is a downgrade, but a marginal one.

It will all come down to defense and a healthy Gronk. As has been the case for awhile now.

in the regular season it will be fine, the hurry up dink and dunk offense works great in the regular season. The Pats still need a deep threat and use their running game more. The Pats offense has gotten exposed in the playoffs against physical defenses.

Amendola has missed 20 games over the past two seasons. Walker played in 93 of his 96 regular season games as a Patriot. Amendola played in 42 of 64 regular season games as a Ram. That's the big difference between him and Welker.
