Interesting, the staff appears to still be recruiting guards (mostly PG's). With 1 scolie available, to date, one must wonder what the staff knows, that we don't know.

Every day I check this forum hoping to see news that Govan has given us a verbal. Any reason to think we're not in the driver's seat with him, 3?

Northern Arizona, UCF, Army, FAU and WVU?…………not sure we need a 5'8 1/2 PG………? Looks okay but hopefully they're thinking bigger in many ways……..

I think the only reason we are being linked to Jonathan Jean is because Prince mentioned him to the guy who made the pick, Jack LeGwin, in this article:

“I’m actually trying to get my boy [2015 point guard] Jonathan Jean to come and play at UConn,” Ali said. “He’s going to do what he wants and has to do though. When I chose UConn, I just felt like it was the right fir for me. Coach [Kevin] Ollie, Coach [Karl] Hobbs, just the whole group was great for me. I have a great relationship with all of the coaches, I just felt like it was the right fit for me.”

Jonathan Jean was written about in Zags Blog back in January.

Supposedly 5'10", pass first type of PG. He seems to have a decent handle & nice lil floater in his videos. Maybe it was Prince who alerted the staff about him?

He looks pretty good, but how many PG's do we want? How many can we take?
