Week One Non-Uconn Games

Miami did what it had to do to win the game. They have the best offensive line in the country and a stable of stud running backs. I have no problem with MC turning the keys over to his defense and letting them eat. Bain and Mesidor single handedly wrecked that game.

ND was always going to close the gap. They are a top 5 team not a bunch of G5 slappys.

There is a reason they call him "Estupido Mario Cristobal".

UNC has 70 new players from last year. I wouldn't touch this game. Even if you feel they are better, how many games does it take to gel?

I would agree for the most part. I just felt like they got super predictable with one up the middle run after another. Now ND is a well coached team that does not quit, so it may be that they were able to get back into it when other teams may not have been able to. At any rate, that was one very physical team that Cristobol rolled out there.

Just tuned in to the UNC TCU game. Have they mentioned that UNC lost to UConn in their bowl game last year? Just wondering.

I tuned in a bit late as well but haven’t heard it mentioned.

Worst coaching performance of the week goes to Deon Sanders. He got the ball with 2 timeouts and 1:08 on the clock down 7 he didn't use either timeout. Twice they were tackled inbounds short of the first down and he didn't use a timeout. Those timeouts are still in his pocket.

UNC's offense is plain vanilla and pathetic. Why did Bill B. hire Freddy Kitchens as OC when he had never been a full time OC before?

There seems to be a gap between these two offenses so far. TCU really giving UNC trouble with the tempo and Hoover making some nice plays. A few risky throws but hasn't hurt them too badly.

So far UNC starting the 2025 season the way they ended the 2024 season, and I love it!

Been loosely watching it from kickoff and haven't heard the Fenway Bowl be mentioned, but frankly I'm not surprised if they don't as it doesn't pertain to Belichick. Finebaum picked UNC to win, sooo naturally I'm really pulling for TCU (but only tonight).

UNC finding all sorts of ways to lose this game giving up a pick six, QB fumble returned for a TD, 2 hours in between pass completions...TCU up 41-7 with 6 min left in the 3rd...wahahahahaha.

The college game has passed Belichick by.

The ESPN slurp fest is over. This is just satisfying to see Belichick and Lombardi have egg on their face. Only fitting you have loser coaches in Diaco and Kitchens.

The commentary booth is literally putting the headset on the dog. This was ugly. I think UNC is just this bad. It will be a long season.

NC ain't very good...

When BC beat 'em by 20 last year that was bad...bit James Madison did the same....good luck Bill.
