Ben Brauns (his brother is at KU now) mom was a good player at Mizzou in her day. She still looks like she can play :cool::

You mean Christian Braun’s brother Parker?

Saw this in an article where they asked her about Christian. Smart kid.

On the kids’ tree, they had ornaments from both Kansas and Missouri. One night, when Christian was seven, he woke up and began taking off all the Missouri ornaments.
Lisa said, “I go ‘what in the world’ and he [Christian] says ‘I don’t want Missouri [ornaments] on my tree. And I’m like, ‘well, what about if I do’, and he was having none of it. So he’s always been that way.”

Obviously, things will change after today, but this was NET Rankings dated 2 days ago, and possibly applicable this morning

This gotta be Mike Hopkins last year right? Initially won with Romar's recruits who is an elite recruiter/talent evaluator and hasn't done anything since. I remember after that 2nd year people were writing about how Cuse messed up letting him bounce while Boeheim still hung on but he's a dud.

I hate to say this because I’m sure they’ll play a great game befitting their top 10 status next Friday but Gonzaga looks like straight garbaggio against a UW team that doesn’t really even seem like they’ve practiced together.

Of course as I post this Gonzaga falls apart after they were up 11, Hopkins is still on borrowed time tho

It’s insane that they’re about to win this game. I can’t tell you anything they do well.

I'm also watching this game and agree 100%. Washington is doing everything to give this game away yet Gonzaga doesn't seem to want to take it. Nembhard has had two terrible offensive fouls down the stretch.

Zags scored one FG in the last 7:30 or something like that. That was bad basketball. Fully anticipating them to score lights out on Friday though.

And this is a great demonstration of these rankings, especially early in the season. BYU beat three mediocre teams in SDSU, ASU, and NCState; and a bunch of nobodies. That, to me, a top 15 team does not make
 
Actually ASU lost to USD (Joey C’s old team) last night so I don’t know how you even call them mediocre right now

Looks like someone you could enjoy a couple Tito's with after the big game. You know, get her perspective on the refs and how the teams adjusted to various factors............while trying to figure out how her shirt is constructed. Is it one piece or two?

Only way we lose to Gonzaga is if we play a stinker. They've been overrated the past couple seasons.

MSU looking pretty trash so far this year at 4-5 with this loss to Nebraska. Also known as Duke's best win.
 
What’s happened to Juwan Howard? He was the hottest coaching name in the county.
