If Nova goes into an absolute free fall over the next few games, is firing Neptune during the season on the table?

If you read Villanova 's SB Nation page you will see those fans have had it with Neptune. If NIL money stops coming in unless he is fired, well Neptune is as good as gone.
 
Nova knows the double is coming, but never has any guys for support. Nobody cutting. That's poor coaching.

Dixon getting swallowed up each time
 
Marquette is a staggering 1.53 PPP so far. And this is without Kam Jones. Nova cannot get ball to Dixon when he is posting up a guard. On the rare occasions he does get the ball he gets swarmed like a honeycomb by a beehive and can't pass it out.
 
need UNC to start dropping some conference games to create some breathing room at the top of the 1 seed line, ACC gotta step up

Shaka is coaching circles around Neptune. Shaka is playing chess and Neptune is playing checkers

Unfortunately they are not dropping any league games this year . AAC is a trash basketball league and will get even worse next year with more dregs joining

Good job by Nova getting themselves back into it, 8 pt halftime deficit is manageable
 
Finally Nova is showing some fight. Nice finiah to get them to 8. Against UConn they came back almost immediately after falling down 11-0
 
Nova didn't really get better shots. Just made contested 3s.

I'm watching the end of the South Carolina/Tennessee game.

Their non-conference stunk, but South Carolina is good. Few teams have three guys like Johnson, Cooper and Wright who can all play point guard and, at times, share the floor.
