Quick Tuesday update for your viewing pleasure. The Alabama/Clemson game added.

GT was up 3 at the start of the 4 quarter, and won by 16.
Oregon's brief visit to the rankings ended abruptly as GT pulled in 15 more O boards and converted them to 25 points. Ouch. That's a spanking. GT did pretty much the same to South Dakota State on Saturday. Ducks 3 point shooting woes returned with a vengeance (2-13).
One game does not a season make but I am scaling back my hopes for the Ducks to be a possible tournament team now. Maybe shoot for .500?

California vs Michigan State was quite entertaining. Kudos to Michigan State for coming back from down 16 to win the game.

Alabama vs Clemson....yikes. I just looked at the boxscore. Shooting 25% won't help to keep pace with any team.

SDSU Jackrabbits win a close one over #21 Oregon.

Syracuse currently getting completely outclassed by Creighton right now. Down by 20 in Q2.

Oregon made a good run to crack the Top 25. Like someone mentioned, it was definitely too soon to rank them. Miami and Georgia Tech should have gotten some votes.

As of today:
13 Duke over 9 Kansas State
Georgia Tech over 21 Oregon
South Dakota State over 21 Oregon

As others have said, Oregon will be out of the top 25 come Monday. Not sure a close lose to LSU will push NCSU out, same with Ole Miss vs UConn. Michigan, Michigan St, Baylor, and Vanderbilt are the top ORV (others receiving votes). A win for UM over Belmont prob won't help them into top 25. The Vandy/MSU game might nudge either up the chart. Baylor plays 0-6 New Orleans and 4-2 LA Tech, probably not enough to move them back in.

Today's grid update (just love those TBD slots, not!). Four top 25 matchups.

Once again the Ducks poor 3 point shooting did them in,,, 1-11. Meanwhile SDS shot a hot 50% from 3...6-12. Difference in the game of 15 points. Thought the incoming players had addressed this problem to a greater degree than this. Ouch.

Molly Miller's squad is absolutely having their way with Liberty 45 to 26 early in the second half. Grand Canyon guard Trinity San Antonio is on triple double watch 16 points, 9 assists, and 5 steals!

Grand Canyon is well on their way to avenging last year's loss in Lynchburg.

ASU Sun Devils hold South Dakota ranked 180 by Massey to 88 points in a 7 point win. Natasha Adair's perimeter defense held the 3-5 Summit League team to 48% from three land. Each of the teams had 35 rebounds
