Arkansas hammered Florida State this season as well. Let's ask Neighbors how much that did for him.NC State hammered Florida St., maybe rumors of their demise were overstated.
Hey everybody was pretty excited about the Noles yesterday after they hammered Syracuse. Let's go with some recency bias rather than what happened in November.Arkansas hammered Florida State this season as well. Let's ask Neighbors how much that did for him.
So the recent mediocrity of NC State is forgotten because of the recent one good game by FSU?Hey everybody was pretty excited about the Noles yesterday after they hammered Syracuse. Let's go with some recency bias rather than what happened in November.
If only I was a meme master like some of our posters here. I see you and I are in for a battle in contrarianism today. So the recent mediocrity of NC State is forgotten because of the recent one good game by FSU?

She's as smooth a baller as I can remember--like a new age Cheryl Miller or Chamique Holdsclaw. She can draw fouls and is adept at getting to her spots (mostly from her right hand) and can rise up and fire at will. She's got some warts in her game, but she's 18 years old and the most talented player by far on USC's squad this season. I would recommend watching extended highlights from her 51-point performance against Stanford. It was breathtaking!I’ve only seen snippets of Juju playing. Could someone who’s seen more of her describe what makes her so good… or overrated, if that’s your opinion?

If Iowa wins today's semifinal game, that sets up a very intriguing rubber match. I'd probably still pick Iowa.Nebraska over Maryland. Anyone, anyone? Terps were starting to get hot, so that's a nice win for the Huskers.
I get it. Never give up an opportunity to slam NC State over something. Not all teams can play in that juggernaut called the Big East, where except on rare occasions, teams can cover up off-shooting nights and below-par performances, for the most part.So the recent mediocrity of NC State is forgotten because of the recent one good game by FSU?
. They look dangerous again. She's going to be the first player in WNBA history to average 20 points and 10 assists in a season--and should achieve that multiple times.Clark has 11 assists...with 2 minutes to go til halftime. Come on now, that is ridiculous!

AFAIK a player has averaged 10 assists per game for a season only once ever in the WNBA history. Sloot of course. She's going to be the first player in WNBA history to average 20 points and 10 assists in a season
Yup--I believe that happened in the bubble. She had 220 on the dot (in 22 games), I think.AFAIK a player has averaged 10 assists per game for a season only once ever in the WNBA history. Sloot of course.
Now hold on there, pardna! Let's not go overboard.
Great performance by NC State today! I actually think this is the year they win it all.
How are they eligible already? Cal Baptist couldn't go to the Tourney the year they were undefeated because they hadn't gone thru the transition period yet. I thought it was a fair bit more than 1 year.Congrats to Southern Indiana, in only their 2nd year of D-I ball -- they're the first to punch their ticket with an emphatic 81-53 win over UT Martin in the OVC final.
They're also high on the list of Best Mascots -- something about "Screaming Eagles" just gets my attention!
The Screaming Eagles could quite possibly be a 15 or 16 seed in Columbus or Iowa City.
Good catch! I stand corrected. They did punch their ticket -- but for the WNIT.How are they eligible already? Cal Baptist couldn't go to the Tourney the year they were undefeated because they hadn't gone thru the transition period yet. I thought it was a fair bit more than 1 year.
Not to take away from Southern Indiana. Impressive to be doing so well already.
Yeah, pretty weird. If a team is ineligible for the NCAA Tourney, I'm not sure why their conference lets them participate in the conference tourney. What good can come of it?So we have that awkward situation where the team that got demolished in the conference tournament final gets to celebrate their automatic NCAA bid.
