Week 15 - Feb 9 to 15

What's going on in Vegas with the oddsmakers? Aren't their games always like 45-42?

That's why there are all those shiny tall buildings in Vegas, while I'm regulating to eating pimento cheese sandwiches for lunch 😔. I bet 99.9 % of people played the under

OhioSt over Maryland and Kentucky over Ole Miss by almost 20 points at halftime.
Hey, I called SMU w/ a 21 point lead at the half against Pitt, and look how that turned out. Learn from my poor example!

What's happening in the CAA today? 2-10 Northeastern took down 9-2 2nd place Stony Brook and...oh shoot 9-3 Campbell mounted a come back and edged 2-10 UNC Wilmington while I was trying to be clever.*

*All records were before today's results

Okay, I'm gonna do it again. Calling Baylor over UCF. It's 73-38 approaching the end of Q3.

.-.
OhioSt led 46-28 in Q2. Then 41-14 by MD, including a 12-0 run to start the 4th quarter to take a 69-60 lead.

What’s up with Indiana? I don’t mean down badly to UCLA, but Ciezky with only 7 minutes at halftime. Did she get hurt?

man, what happened to Ohio state? They were clobbering Maryland in this game.

Isn't this the exact opposite of what happened in their earlier game? Home court advantage not really holding up in this series.

.-.
Post Valentine's Day hangover? Some strange games today. League leading Murray St., at home, barely beat sub mediocre UIC by 2.

You don't know what happens when a Seahawk battles a Camel? These in-state battles are fierce.

ESPN has decided UCLA-Indiana is over...after 3 quarters. I mean I know the Hoosiers aren't coming back, but you gotta play the last 10 minutes, right?

edit--they fixed it now, but for several minutes they showed the game as a final

Should I risk it? Penn St. up 14 against Northwestern. 1-13 vs. 2-11. Nittanys trying for conference win #2.

Hasn’t been exciting to watch, but I wonder if we’re taking for granted UCLA’s destruction of the Big Ten. Yeah, Michigan was close, just as it’s been for every top team Michigan has played. They’ve otherwise blasted the league despite some grueling travel and a lot of ranked if not elite teams.

They are very formidable.

Oh lordy. Carolyn Peck pontificating on the reveal yesterday, along with SOS, NET and a whole bunch of other stuff. Well, UConn beat OSU by 32, Utah by 52, USC by 28, Iowa by 26, and lastly Tenn by 30.

And yet, Texas is only up by 1 point to Tenn with a minute left. ¯\(ツ)/¯
