Week 15 - Feb 9 to 15

Yexas trying to come back with the 3 ball, they hit but not their strength.

I got to it via YouTube TV; I do have ESPN+ though.
I actually forgot SECN+ games come on ESPN+, I have it as well. Shea doing a great job navigating this tough stretch of the schedule.

Florida was up by as much as 13, but OK comes back and wins.

I can't believe they asked for a review of the Cunningham foul. Few things are more clear-cut.

6 FGA for Beers. Wow, she only played 10 minutes, wasn't because of fouls. Did she get hurt?

Vandy working on a trifecta. Coach, Player and Freshman of the year. Has that ever happened?

Texas TN game is going to be vicious on Saturday. I’m calling for a minimum of 2 flagrants and just as many ejections. Lot on the line.

Blowout Thursday. If you had Okla-Fla being the closest game of the day, kudos to you.

This is the second time in a couple of weeks that Harmon sat a lot in the second half. Both losses IIRC. And in this one she didn’t come in later. Anyone have any thoughts?

As I said last time, I think Geno would say "if they're not doing anything and not in the right frame of mind to play, why should they play?"

2-5, 2 asst, 2 turnovers in 18 mins. not what I think Vic expects from a supposed all-american type PG

Wheels falling off the bus for Oregon St. Swept last weekend against Gonzaga and Portland. Tonight at home against Santa Clara led 48-32 at the half...then outscored 51-22 after the break. What?! Went from first place to a 3 way tie for 3rd in a hurry. LMU is actually in 2nd place. Anyone call that?

edit--read somewhere else that SCU hit 12-15 from 3 in the second half; that kinda seems like cheating

Michigan was messing around and actually trailed Northwestern by 6 at halftime. Nothing that couldn't be fixed by outscoring NW 49-21 in the 2nd half.

Well this is slightly refreshing. Rather than throwing all the players under the bus a la Caldwell, Schaefer is merely throwing an assistant coach under the wheels of a large moving vehicle. What's up with SEC coaches this year?

Perhaps no more room under there...

In a battle of 'thrown under the bus' teams, Texas heads to Tennesee Sunday at 3pm.

Which team will show heart, toughness, and be on time for pre game shootaround?

Someone has to win, or lose less, to hold 2nd place in SEC.

Maybe the fact you potentially can lose to most of the SEC teams on any night is getting old. Big 12 had its moments but never tough like this. Plus, adding Texas and Oklahoma didn't make the SEC any easier for the previous members. Gotta take the pain along with all that TV money.
