Well, they've had several close calls, but LSU keeps winning.

VA Tech and GA Tech going down to the wire, Hokies threatening to give the Jackets their first loss of the season.

Yup but Tennessee didn't wilt when LSU had their initial lead. Hopefully I'll be able to find it online somewhere where.

Illinois beat Iowa. Of course life wasn't going to be the same w/out Clark (and Martin and Marshall), but I expected better than this. They need more from Affolter and Feuerhbach than what they've been getting.

edit--Stuelke and Olsen had 18 and 16, rest of the team did almost nothing

Chicago St. is in 2OT. They could actually win 2 games in a row.

That was incredible win by South Carolina. I have watched A&M a few times this year. They are not good. But they have been solid defensively. For South Carolina to score so much and win by so much. Wow. I think ucla is the only other team in the country capable of that.

Affolter’s missed free throws killed Iowa. And that is kind of the theme of the night for me. Kelly for North Carolina missed two huge ones too.

Jacks up by 11 at the half against the outmanned Grizz. NAU will need to shoot more efficiently Sat if they hope to defeat Montana State.

Interestingly the Lopes are also up by 11 at the half against a scrappy Utah Valley.

I find it most interesting that the Vols kept it close without forcing as many turnovers as they had been.
Agreed. I just assumed they would be blown out in a game without turnovers. On the other hand, I am ready for Tennessee to go on the road. They have played enough home games at this point.

LSUs D is pretty bad and their poor shot selection allowed TN to run and take advantage

Tuned in to the final few minutes of the UNC Duke game. Unc missed 2 FTs with a chance to nearly put Duke away (Kelly who is a 80% ft shooter). Duke makes 2 FTs. UNC turnover. Then a Duke turnover. Then a unc missed lay up. A Duke missed jumper. Not exactly an offensive thing of beauty. Going to OT.

Sorry Chicago St., I jinxed you.

It's a night for OTs I guess. Duke-UNC and VA Tech-GA Tech both in extra sessions.

Tennesssee scored 91 on them, Kansas State scored 89, and West Virginia scored 83. Not a big surprise IMO for SC to score 90. The MOV in the K-State game was nearly identical.

Did toomey get hurt? She hasn’t played much. And she’s on the bench with a wrap on her knee
