Wednesday. 1st Round of Big East Tournament

Marquette has been very hesitant to shoot all game. At times, they've moved the ball well, but nobody wants to shoot.

I kinda like the weird low camera angle when the ball's on that side of the court.

I blame myself for thinking this game would be competitive. Marquette just looks completely out of it. It’s crazy that they beat Wisconsin and beat UNC on the road and then lose to DePaul at home. They just play so far up and down to competition.

it’s ju
I remember having tickets for the BET night QF &Semis last year. I wanted to see Seton Hall and Myles Powell so badly for one last time. And everything evaporated in the span of 48 hrs.

The league was so loaded last year and would've been a memorable BET. I'm glad to have something to watch this year, even if we can't attend.

Lets go CONNECTICUT!

the only BET was the semifinals against gtown in 90. whatever bar dedicated to husky fans back then was crazy. there was a husky mardi gras band marching down 33rd st.

Gtown v. Nova is the more intriguing matchup. this is by no means an invincible Nova team but i expect some reverse 1985 david v goliath comparisons leading up to tomorrow's game

Man we are getting a lot of love from the media as being the favorites to win this tournament. Makes me a little nervous with the target on our backs now. But we have Bouk and they don't so that makes me feel a little better.

Also, kind of shocked Donny Marshall picked Gilespie over Bouk for BEPOY... come on Donny brah...

Watching Xavier/Butler. Any idea how many fans are in the building? Was a capacity announced? The only thing I remember reading is friends of the programs will be allowed. Staff, family, etc....

The crowd sounds moderately loud and real. So I'm not sure if I'm hearing fans or just more authentic artificial fan noise.

Edit: just saw wider shot. Looks pretty empty

The commentators mentioned there are around 1,000-1,500 in attendance, mostly friends and family.

so who do we want here? I assume if X wins, we get at leats 4 teams in. if they lose?
