Vital feels like that four year guard that could provide that grit and spark off the bench.

I know he's green, but he has to bump up his FG% from under the basket. UConn guards shouldn't miss layups.

I think you're the greatest, but my dad says you don't work hard enough on defense.
And he says that lots of times, you don't even run down court. And that you don't really try... except during the playoffs.

Laugh out loud funny.

So are all the players in this program 2-4 years who have shown no improvement on any aspect of their games or IQ really all that uncoachable?

No, Purvis/Brimah and Facey are what they are. Purvis is awful all around, Brimah is good for blocks and some D down low but is a poor mans Thabeet (that may be an insult to Thabeet), and Facey is a skinny undersized 5/4 with zero offensive skill. These freshman have a ton of talent but no senior leaders to go too for help/to lean on.

Rodney's gotta keep being aggressive...

Okie State is begging us to make this a game.

Putrid.

Just an incredibly awful offensive team again, year after year. Struggle to get to the 60s against just about anyone

My favorite play is when a UConn guard dribbles the ball up the court. Passes it slowly to another player who passes it back slowly.

Then he drives left and takes a contested shot that clangs off the rim.

It's the best.

Why does it seem like the ball is coated in vegetable oil every time one of our bigs tries to grab a rebound?

5 am comes fast, off to bed. Not worth staying up late and being miserable all day tomorrow..
