Is the broadcast working on the UConn+ site? I keep getting a black screen

I started watching UConn from early days and never missed a game. Now I rarely see a game. I had hopes for UConn+ but no teddy bear. Just your black screen.
Whether I can access SNY this season is TBD. No luck last year. I'm doomed.
