Wally also said before he picked UConn to the Final 4 that Alabama was the biggest threat to Gonzaga winning it all.

I like Wally picking UConn but wonder if he realized Bama would be our 2nd game if beat MD.

The 2 thoughts are not necessarily contradictory. He thinks UConn will make the Final Four, but the team most capable of beating Gonzaga is Alabama. If his first prediction comes true, his second statement will be moot, but it doesn't mean there is any logical inconsistency at play.

rutgers is ranked ahead of clemson in kenpom. wouldnt even consider it an upset. bilas is dead to me.
