why does he even have the ballGilbert Turnover ugh!!!!!
We know but it also means we have no one else to complain about.Does anyone realize we don’t have other options.... wake up people. Maybe if we just had one guy that can shoot...
Its kinda ugly now.We have no options but Gaffney I guess. I would let him start knowing it could be ugly.

Vital literally rejects himself off the bottom of the rim and then looks up as if the rim should have become semi solid holding his hands up like he can't comprehend what happened to him the previous three times when he did it before
Did anyone else notice that both Gilbert and Vital end up on the floor on almost all of their drives to the basket? There were multiple times when Houston had a 5 on 4 going the other way because those two guys kept losing their balance and missing their drives. Vital was blocked twice by the backboard/rim!Vital literally rejects himself off the bottom of the rim and then looks up as if the rim should have become semi solid holding his hands up like he can't comprehend what happened to him the previous three times when he did it before
The way the refs called the game, I'm surprised it wasn't.Or the rim should have been called for a foul
Not so sure he should start, but maybe finish in a tight game with 4 minutes left. AG seems to have end of game tunnel vision. He tries so hard to make the momentWe have no options but Gaffney I guess. I would let him start knowing it could be ugly.
We have 3 maybe 4 athletic guys on the offensive end. Bouk, Sid, Whaley and possibly Akok.
Agree but the other teams would only double him or force a trap and that is where he panics every time. He can’t handle that pressure yet.Not so sure he should start, but maybe finish in a tight game with 4 minutes left. AG seems to have end of game tunnel vision. He tries so hard to make the moment
instead of directing the team.
As for Vital, he’s lots better than some give him credit for and he doesn’t miss foul shots. The kid whose O is lacking is Akok. So athletic and an elite shot blocker, but in no way can I see him as anywhere near pro ready, even after next year unless he explodes. With his frame, he needs a way better outside game.
And AG drives into double teams and gets swallowed up. Watching all these close games end has been like watching the movie Groundhog Day except that Bill Murray’s character was slowly learning from his mistakes.Agree but the other teams would only double him or force a trap and that is where he panics every time. He didn't have to dribble against a defender at the FT line. Just saying.Gaffney hit 2 free throws at the end

yeah the problem with Gaffney right now is two things. One, his not quite strong enough to hold off defenders well at this point. And two, he struggles to square up against defenders with on ball pressure. What happens with him often is he seems to have his back against defenders, causing him to play a bit more horizontal. Hopefully he can start to break down the defense more, square up the defenders, give them a little “wiggle” and get more vertical to avoid having that constant on ball pressure. Can’t remember how much time was left, but I believe it was in the second half where there was an empty position with him, no passes, and just turned it over out of bounds after the shot clot got down to like 10. At this point, we have to play AG at high minutes. Still hopeful JG can start to get it going a little bit more by the end of the season. He’s more athletic than he’s shown and I like the way he can pass the ball.
