RJ has done a ton for this team, but no, not same stratosphere.Cole when he’s on can do it.

NoAnyone see a way we could beat either one of these teams?
Love Cole but Gillespie's size takes his skillset to another level that Cole doesn't have.Cole when he’s on can do it.
My Providence +4 weeps. This games over with the way nova shoots free throws. Only thing left is for Nova to cover my -3.5
Let's stop comparing Hurley to some of the best coaches ever.Compare how Wright composes himself on the sideline to Hurley lol. Hurley would have been thrown out of this game.
That was a "dagger"Gillespie just gave them the kill shot. He’s had the look all game
Not like that vs a tough teamCole when he’s on can do it.
Sorry to hear that. Tough break. I lost on Mich St -3.5 against a below 0.500 Penn StMy Providence +4 weeps.
No, we wish.Cole when he’s on can do it.
His stats are almost the same except 3 pt. %, so yes Gillespie has that over him.RJ has done a ton for this team, but no, not same stratosphere.
Yet one is a wooden award finalist and one isn’t. I wonder whyHis stats are almost the same except 3 pt. %, so yes Gillespie has that over him.
Gillespie is head and shoulders above Cole for sure. But Gillespie doesn’t have as much pressure on him per se. He knows he can rest and the team won’t have a drop off with Justin Moore running things where as Cole knows if he goes to the bench or has a bad game Gaff isn’t going to be able to pick up the slack. Not trying to pick on Gaff. Not like that vs a tough team
But he does have the potential to do so if not asked to do so much
Me too. Also Marquette vs Providence at the Dunk was fantastic, too. I am so glad to back in the Big EastProbably the most fun I've had watching a non UConn conference game since Calhoun was coaching
You make a good point.Gillespie is head and shoulders above Cole for sure. But Gillespie doesn’t have as much pressure on him per se. Yes they are exactly the same player otherwise. His stats are almost the same except 3 pt. %, so yes Gillespie has that over him.
Very good high scoring game. Providence is some tough SOBs lol!Probably the most fun I've had watching a non UConn conference game since Calhoun was coaching
Dude, Providence is definitely a better city than Hartford, no “ IMO” needed.I went to every UConn game there until the American happened. Was pissed that of all the games we lost this was the one. 20-25 minutes for me and there are no bad seats really. Decent beer spots nearby. Providence > Hartford in my opinion.
Doubt PC pulls this out. Maybe.
Bazz was better but they have the same killer instinct. You know you’re always going to have the best player on the floor with Gillespie. Makes them almost impossible to beat since he can just take over whenever he wantsHe’s a lot like bazz. This nova team keeps getting better this year. They had a tough front loaded OOC but they’ve hit stride in last month. Gillespie is just a refuse to lose type of kid. Moore a nice player too.
