I loved Rebecca's Hall of fame induction speech. This was not that but it was certainly very good. She touched briefly on UConn not recruiting players who are all about themselves and interestingly illustrated it with pointing out Paige being hard to get to shoot more.

Dee Kantner almost blew it up then. I remember B and others were in foul trouble, but I didn’t remember Kantner. She’s been a thorn in our side for 30 years.

What sometimes gets lost in UConn women’s basketball record book is Rebecca averaged a double double for her career - believe 17 pts and 10 plus RBs plus over 3 block shots again for her career.
