Understanding where Geno is coming from in this interview tells you why UConn is at a different level. He doesn't accept mediocrity. UConn was up a lot and out talenting their opponent. Not acceptable. Some other coaches may let the team slide, Geno won't. He has expectations of how he wants the game played and if your not playing and executing the way he wants with the fire in your belly he wants he will get on your case. If you play that way against a good team you could lose. The challenge is against you not your opponent. Repetition is the mother of skill. Taking the easy road is not.
