Tennessee is an up and coming team, not a competitor this year type of team. I will say though that they could be a challenge for UConn because Tennessee shoots a lot of threes and UConn has difficulty defending them. With that said I also wouldn't be surprised if UConn wins by thirty.

This TN team is good, not great but overall a slight improvement. Their very easy schedule did what it should do, which is build momentum for the team. To be fair, their losses have all been close ones with defensive lapses being the major culprit.

This is a tournament team that may make the second weekend depending on their seeding. They won't strike fear in many hearts this year in a stacked SEC but they aren't to be overlooked.

After watching yesterday's TN-Vanderbilt game on replay, I think UConn should defeat TN on February 6 by 15-20 points, I.e., not 30 but more than single digits.

It should be noted that this year's Tennessee team doesn't have as much size as we are accustomed to seeing -- their biggest player (Hollingshead) came off the bench yesterday, and did not score and had 1 rebound in 10 minutes. They should not have an overall size advantage against UConn.
