No charge, he was gliding in and it wasn't late.
Not a hit from behind, close but c'mon the kid was looking right at him before he made contact.
Not roughing, hands were down.

So other than the kid being launched and having the misfortune of losing his helmet, there is not a penalty here that exists in the rule book.
