Update on meyers

We escaped when they were not looking. Still lots of healing to do but now I can heal at home. Thank u for all your prayers and thoughts. God (and the doctors and nurses) have been very good to me.

In the meantime, cause as much trouble as you can while you can get away with it. (Was that okay? Not too inappropriate? I haven't been through anything like what you've been through but I've had to recover from other major surgery and it can be hard to stay in good spirits. I guess I'm just trying to help...)

Meyers - glad you are on the mend. Know you will have up and down days with the healing, but persevere. My father-in-law had an op just like yours, and when his rehab was over he could stay out later than all his kids and their spouses. His stamina was amazing. Looking forward to having your ornery self back as good as ever and posting away!
