I have watched the last 4 games from the same exact seat, wearing the same exact clothes (haven't been washed), ordering the same exact wings and drinks for take out, and eating the same exact half-time ice cream sundae.

I was at the train station in Fairfield yesterday morning, when I told an old women of my story. She said, "that's bad mojo for you to be going today. Boy you're superstitious." I drove home.

My son had just woken up from his nap as we tipped off. He spent the first 8 minutes of the game on my lap drinking his milk and eating graham crackers. We were playing excellent. He got antsy and took off to play with his mother. We went downhill for the next 12 minutes.

I looked down at my apparel at halftime and realized what I had done. I ran upstairs, dumped out my laundry basket and put on the tshirt I had worn for the last 3 wins. That same tshirt was worn during the 2004 and 2011 championships. I was unshowered and im not sure what smelled worse, me or the tshirt. Whatever.

I grabbed some more cookies, goldfish, and put all the little guys toys in the den with me. Little buddy was with me for the entire second half. The rest .... history.

"We're UConn made. We're UConn made, through and through" - KO

I also wore the same clothes from Friday through Sunday. Very special clothes. But, more for the Mojo ... I had sex with girl models I met on Twitter that said they were in league with Rolling Rock. My testicular was just fine.

We're UConn made. We're UConn made, through and through.

The bar I went to ran out of Rolling Rocks. I said I had to drink Rolling Rock, would it be all right if I brought a couple in from my car? I offered to pay a corkage fee. Bartender told me not to worry about it. I went low(er)-rent for the mojo.

I came from outside and had my sunglasses on during the opening run by UCONN.

Took them off and Michigan St cut the lead

Wore my sunglasses the whole second half.

Now I'm embarassed by my original post. This is why Pudge is my hero.

I was 0-1 in Regional Finals (G***** M****), but now I'm off the schneid.

In the second half, when we were down by 9, all of a sudden it struck me: "OMG!! I forgot the Rolling Rocks!!" In light of my near-unforgivable memory lapse, the Mojo Gods were merciful. Several Sacreds later, the second half was over and we had prevailed.
OMFG - Unforgivable!!!! You're damn lucky they pulled it out!

I took off my sweatshirt when they started making there run! I forgot I was wearing my net cutting shirt underneath!

You can all thank me later!

Once I stopped reading my iPad during the game, the boys took the lead and never gave it up.

Same outfit down to underwear and socks at msg both friday and ssunday. They were washed. It works better this way and I dont ask why. New logo uconn zipup sweatshirt covering the "just in case we need it" Ray Allen champion jersey circa 1995 underneath. It is an awesome responsibility I bear deciding when we need it unveiled. Friday we needed it at 4 mins left. Yesterday the time was 2 mins before 2nd half start.

was at the game… it was about 1000 degrees during the second half run… i would not remove the old school husky sweatshirt… you're all very welcome...

I have worn the same UCONN shirt to the finals in every year we won. I did not go to Detroit. I do not wear this shirt any time else. This shirt is on its way to Dallas. Although it has gotten smaller over the years for some reason, it will fit this year if I hold my breath and suck in my stomach.

My oldest daughter, who was born shortly after midnight on 3/30/99, picked up her lacrosse uniform yesterday. She initially ended up with No. 0, but another player wanted it and she agreed to trade for No. 15. An hour later my youngest daughter, who was born 3/29/06, got her soccer uniform. I wanted to her get No. 3, for three sisters; or No. 5, for our five family members. She ended up with No. 4, a number she said she used to hate, but now she likes. I tried to make sense of No. 4, straining to think of what it could mean.

As the clock ticked down, I finally realized why they ended up with 15 and 4. They knew.

Oh, and I get honorable mention. I was wearing my Nike Elite Warm-up jacket commemorating the three NCs, just as I have at some point for every game of the tournament, but as it closed to a one-point game with about 8:00 to play I remembered that I took it off at the end of each game. Off came the jacket, making room for a new one as we never looked back again.

Florida game I wore my true blue tshirt but toted along my vintage tee that was worn in 04 and 2011. At the 11 minute mark we were down by 13. I had to make the move. Adios true blue, hello vintage. Instantly we go on an 11-0 run.

Rocked it straight from tip last night. Getcha some! That tee's got lineage to it now baby.
