UNC fans need theraphy

Go to UNC scout message board. Their fans are in an uproar. UNC lost last night to Vir., their 4 loss of the season. There are 40-50 post on how soft their players are, Roy can only win with multiple AA, guards are horrible, they have 5 McD AA but Roy can't recruit the right players. It goes on and on.

A couple big time recruits have been slow to develop for them. I can see their frustration, but I think what amplifies their struggles is having their main rival be #1.

I'd be very surprised to see that, but who knows?

Either way, it's great to see how much they are struggling given the fact that they are eligible for everything and have a bunch of HS AA's on the team. They are having a season very similar to ours - unranked, except we are weak in the post and don't have anything close to the AA's they do...

Roy Williams is a terrible coach. Had no idea what defense Kansas was playing last year for the final 10 minutes when his team couldn't score.

Roy's only been to the Elite Eight six times with three Final Fours and a pair of titles thrown in in Chapel Hill. (And if Kendall Marshall doesn't get hurt, there's a good chance we're talking about the defending champion Tar Heels right now)...And this year's team just has to replace four of the first 17 picks in the draft, break in a freshman PG in an incredibly demanding uptempo system and transition a kid who barely played last year into a starring role.

Clearly, someone should pay for this rebuilding year.

Our fan base was no better a couple years ago when everyone decided Calhoun couldn't recruit any more. Then Calhoun goes out and wins a championship and shut everyone up real fast. Many fans can only remember the last game played.
