Let me tell you why I love TCF's and gampelcrazies' site. I remember watching a game back in 1996 or 97 during my junior year where Pete Kane, in garbage time, threw up this ridiculous attempt of a half-court shot that didn't get more than 10 feet off the ground the whole way. And for whatever reason it's stuck with me all these years, and one day I'm watching a game against Virginia at the HCC and sure enough, here's Pete throwing up that half-court shot. And I laughed all over again. It was great.

Random game for sure. But seeing these players and venues (watching games in the Field House is such a treat) all over again takes me back to some wonderful memories as a child, undergrad and alum, and I'm forever grateful. I hope these continue for years to come.
