UConn women & UConn men have a link thru Seton Hall

Men’s coach Danny Hurley was a teammate of Aubrey’s dad, Adrian at Set Hall. Small world!

Seton Hall had some outstanding teams between 1988-1993 with a fair number of them coming out of Hurley's father's powerhouse high school program at St. Anthony's. Hurley and Griffin were key contributors on a Seton Hall squad in 1993 that, IMO, had a legitimate shot to win it all.

Danny's first coaching job was at St. Benedict's Prep in Newark, NJ, my alma mater. He took us to the finals of the NIKE tournament one year.
