I mean, that girl just knocked Moriah down after she made that layup. Was that necessary?

This is proof that UConn only wins because of home cooking! At least that's what South Carolina fans told us.

Hilarious. They call Stewart for breathing on someone after all the contact she takes.

The refs let things go early in the game and now are playing right into the home crowd's hand. I have a feeling they'll be calling a much tighter game in the second half to make up for the messy first half.

Coach Auriemma screaming at Stewart and Tuck to be aggressive inside and go up strong.

Yes that second half adjustment by the refs is pretty typical when they let it go too much in the first half. Fine line between letting them play and a scrum.

KML with 12 points, Moriah with 11, and Stewie with 10 ( and 5 new black & blues).

There was another jump ball before that one.
Someone will get hurt bad if the whistles don't blow a little. (Never thought I'd say that)

Back in the day when someone slid around on the floor with the ball it was called a travel. You had to have an established pivot foot. No longer the case, the officials now wait for a scrum / someone to pile on and call the jump ball.
Actually traveling and palming has become part of the game and rarely called.

Wonder what's up with Gabby? Seems like this is a great game to get her in and get her quality minutes.
