UConn vs. Temple Game Thread!

Trust Pheesa to be the first.
 
Earlier in the year, this team see the score at 23-8 and Temple on the ropes, and push the lead to 20 and end the game in the 1st quarter.

Now we can't score, can't defend the perimeter, and they're right back in it.

Butler has continued to show she just doesn't have the hands to take in that kind of bounce pass. Not a good decision.
 
Youse guys that are starting to get antsy know UConn is up 12 on a ranked team, right? Temple has a whole 14 points.
 
Crystal Dangerfield giveth then taketh away. She's still 0 for the game. No Pheesa, no win.

UConn is playing great defense but their offense is far from stellar right now

It's not the score, it's the trend in the way this team is playing.

Nurse aside, this is simply not the same team that throttled South Florida a month ago.

Instead of 23-8 it's 28-14. Um, carrry the one, umm, I think it's a one point difference. :rolleyes:
 
I know it's been said before but Kia Nurse can't get back on the court quickly enough
 
2nd travel for Pheesa. She's knows and is trying to do too much.

Exactly. Honestly we are so incredibly spoiled that it's ridiculous. KLS will get her shot back, and Crystal is a freshman who has to learn as she goes because of Kia's injury. The sky isn't falling.
 
Lou's 2nd curl this game and she's missed both shots.
