Gosh this offense misses Minick. I think this team could be really good, but getting Minick and Lane back would be huge. Just not getting a ton out of 5 through 8 in the lineup. Chase Taylor in the 9 hole is great, reminds me of TC Simmions. Good lefty hitter not a ton of power, but good approach at the plate.

After advancing to 3B on a fly out for the 1st out, on a fielders choice ground ball Detwiler is thrown out at home plate for the 2nd out, Taylor ends up at 1B on the play. The other week I said I didn't fully trust Meyers in late game situations yet. Any doubts are gone now, very impressed by Paxton today!! Back end of the pen is taking shape nicely

To be clear, all ESPN does is provide the platform. ODU is responsible for every aspect of the production. That having been said, I have never seen a sporting event at any level so unable to follow a contest. Community television in Fairfield did a far better job of televising my son’s high school basketball games a dozen years ago. I turned off the television and just listened to Chris Jones.
