I think we went with cd a bit too long. One basket may get us going, but we have to play better D in the paint.

Team has had opportunities to build a small lead once the game was tied. Unable to hit the go ahead basket. Miss St does to grab a lead, now its up to 4 points. UConn needs another run like they had to tie the game. Can't trade baskets with Miss St. Thought for sure Gabby was going to tie the game as she got right to the basket, missed the shot and then Vivians makes a nice move to score.

Not over, Miss St up 4.
 
It's game time... No excuses.... I have to admit my body is aching with tension although my life doesn't change regardless of what happens. Funny to think this is what most of the other women's team fans feel like many times through the season.
 
I thought at halftime that this is just like the 2010 NC game when we were down 20-12. I am still waiting for Maya to come out of the locker room.

A few TO's by MSS and this still can be a good win.
 
I'm not entirely sure why geno chose to sit collier then Chong. The starting 5 was working in the 3rd and crystal seemed to be slow our rhythm.

Four minutes to show what they have. Go out and take it.
 
It should have been a worrisome sign when we couldn't score to start the quarter after it was tied.
 
I thought I would be upset right now - but I'm surprisingly calm. What can you do?

It's sad that at the final 4 - 2 SEC games broke out and it looks like they might win both of them Head bang

It's not over yet. But I agree the rebounding has been surprisingly bad.

Yes they are. By slowing the game down and using most of the shot clock they have taken possessions away from UConn, and have taken them completely out of their offensive rhythm. This one might be a wrap. I hope not but it's not looking good. I have to applaud MSST and their overall team effort. We got out hustled tonight.
