Today is Coe's normal throw day between weekend starts. It will be interesting to see how long he goes tonight.
 
Bottom 1st, UConn offense with a scoreless inning with 2 strikeouts after a leadoff walk by Padilla. No score.
 
Top 2nd, after a leadoff single, the runner is picked off and caught stealing 2B for the 1st out. Coe faces the minimum 3 batters on his way to a scoreless inning. No score.

Cinnella and Carrea were warming up that inning.
 
Bottom 4th, a 1 out double by Dalena, but he is left on base. 2-0 UConn.

Carrea takes the mound for UConn. Coe threw 59 pitches while he was in the game.

Top 5th, after a leadoff error by Broadhurst puts a runner at 1B, Carrea comes out of the game, and Cinnella takes the mound. 4 of the next 6 batters are lefty hitters so that may be the reason the lefty Cinnella is in the game now.

After a 1 out single, Cinnella leaves 2 runners on base. 2-0 UConn.

Wonder if after this start if Coe will start either the Saturday or Sunday game against Georgetown. If he gets the Sunday start, you would think S. Quigley would move up to Saturday.

After a double play, Sullivan comes out of the game, Quinn takes the mound.

Afthim was warming up that inning.
