It wasn’t too long ago when a first round game would be lucky to draw 2000 fans. Quite a turn around.

These 1st 2 rounds don't usually sell out as fans have tickets for the regional, but since that's in Portland this yr I'm glad that fans will be attending these games and supporting the team. If I still lived in CT, I'd be there too.

Could this be because the committee put UConn in Portland and people said, well I aint going out west, might as well see them now!!

I watched parts of several games and the one thing they all had in common was very few fans in the stands. I'm sure that UConn will be full as will Iowa but I was a little surprised by the lack of interest as several home hosts were playing.
