UCONN vs Houston Game Thread

I'm gonna go ahead and make a prediction that by the time he leaves, Vital is going to end up one of my all time favorite huskies. Seems to have the clutch and toughness genes.

UH is really good at those curled layups. Tough to stop that.

Seems to have lost his free throw genes, and now I have to change my underpants.

Purvis didn't want his career to end yesterday. He didn't want it to end tonight. Adams agreed. So did the rest of the Huskies. Pride, baby...

Ollie waits to start coaching in March (it seems). :)

Best Ollie coaching job of the season IMO. Really solid job tonight from Ollie after what I thought was one of his more difficult nights yesterday.

Spent some serious energy tonight. Gonna have to bear down again. Nice win.

As the penguins did in Madagascar, just smile and wave, boys, smile and wave.

Don't forget Purvis' defense. Even bigger and am so won't show on his stats.

I've been the biggest fan of Rodney's defense all year (with much backlash from the Yard). He's our best on ball defender in my opinion, and he showed it again tonight...

Takeaways. Adams showed up. Rodney showed up. Vital and Jackson were what they are. Facey....still a no show. So tomorrow...Facey returns to the promised land. This is possible.
