Also, Hurley did a bad job on the last possession of regulation - having gaffney guarding a 6'7 dude is super bad coaching.

Not trying to be a coach, but maybe practice some late game situations with a 4 point lead. Coming down and trying to take dumb shots right away isn't the smartest! On defense, you can tell they set up expecting Creighton to set up but they were trying to get a quick bucket so there's only one place they're trying to go. Relatively young team so I'm sure they'll get better, but man!!

It seems to be a consistent issue with Hurley’s teams down the stretch.

I really like the players he’s bringing in, and player development is back on track. But the in-game coaching is somewhat of a problem.
