I wish. With now two kids playing rec and travel basketball in Jersey, can't find the space in my calender. I do plan to catch Free Shoes and UConn at down the street at the Rock though as that's a 30 minute driver versus a 2 to 2/12 hour drive.

Can they shoot?

It's a bit out-of-the-way for me; but, if I did, my youngest would cry. My oldest would be OK as long as gave him my credit card. of coruse, by the time I made it back to pick him-up, I would be bankrupt and there would not be any food left.

Thinking about your finances, smh. Some people are willing to pay the price.

Doesn't help that the XL center is a dump. Can't blame people not wanting to sit in row Z in the 200s for $50 each. Better off watching it at home
You hit the nail on the head. Who wants to pay that kind of money for those kind of seats when you can watch on a big flat screen at home or at a sports bar?

Because being there is always better, even in the cheap seats.
Perhaps in most venues, but totally disagree with respect to the XL. Easily 40% of the seats there make for a much less pleasurable experience than watching at home for me; or, for concerts, not attending at all.

I sat in the very last row when the Whale beat Quebec in the playoffs. It was awesome.

And 100 level seats start at $55 plus fees.

My oldest can and has some height; but, he's slow & is built like a stick. A small breeze would knock him on his rear. My younger one is almost 5 feet already at age 9 (I'm only 5 7", I think I need to ask my wife some questions about that); but because of that, has two left feet.

Killing me to miss this game tomorrow…

I’ll be in CA spending all day conducting interviews at a convention center .

I do have some downtime though from ~10-1130 PST so hoping to watch it on my phone/laptop.

Don’t know. Have the DVR set for my TV at home, at least.

If worse comes to worse, I can just watch the replay from gampelcrazies later in the day

That is not a lot of tickets. We should be able to sell those. 10 years ago we were selling out Uconn-Umess games at the XL. The base can not have left us this quickly.

It did. It’s slowly coming back

Uconn doing a better with their mobile and internet ads for it. Granted they are tracking me but I've seen the ad on several sites. I've never seen them advertise a mobile app before and it was in my west hartford app today.
