Top 1st, Austin Peterson fans the first two UMass batters on his way to a 1-2-3 inning.

Top 2nd, Peterson strikes out two more hitters for a total of 4 on the game while stranding 2 runners on base. No score.

.-.
Bottom 2nd, Christian Fedko with a one out double, but is stranded on base. No score.

.-.
Bottom 3rd, Pat Winkel follows with a single, a wild pitch moves up the runners, and then a Christian Fedko double drives in two more runs. 4-0 UConn.

Can anyone speak to any updates to the ticket Policy? I noticed this morning on the Tickets page that baseball and softball appear to be allowing first come first served general admission. Has anyone tried to go?

For baseball, I believe the offer it is limited at this point to donors to the baseball program.

Chris Jones speculating that this could be the last stand so to speak for Joe Simeone if he doesn't do well today. Not sure who would replace him, my guess would be Kenny Haus at this point, based on what Penders said in a recent post game interview.

If you go back and read page 1 of this thread, you can read the letter that was sent out. Even tho I donate to UConn athletics, I didn't receive the letter, so the assumption is you have to be a baseball donor to attend games right now.

When you click on the ticket option on the website - there are no games available to select from (yet).

Hope they allow more tickets to be available next week for the first Big East series. Wonder how the tickets would work for the double header?

Bottom 4th, Peterson with two more strikeouts that inning, now at 8 for the day. Peterson at 66 pitches, 5-1 UConn.

Go back and read the letter at the beginning of this thread. It says it in there.
