Bottom 7th, after the leadoff batter Cancel is hit by a pitch and a 1 out single by Rispoli, the UConn offense has a scoreless inning with 2 strikeouts. 2-1 Creighton.
 
Top 8th, Shaw gives up a leadoff infield single, the runner is caught trying to steal 2B for the 1st out, Shaw has a scoreless inning with 1 strikeout. 2-1 Creighton.
 
Bottom 8th, Wachter gets to 1B due to an error with 2 outs, he is thrown out trying to steal 2B to end the inning, the UConn offense has a scoreless inning. 2-1 Creighton.

100% agree.
Why steal 3rd if you're already on 2nd. Why stretch a double into a triple (not this game). I wonder what our SB success rate is. Feels like below 50%.
