Excellent 2nd game relief pitching from Montgomerie, Domnarski, and Polonia have held Columbia scoreless since Rossomando came out in the 4th. Hitting and driving in runners remains the big current problem. Bottom of the 9th coming up.

... and JDD K's w/ men on second and third. Still 3-2 Lions.
May be time for big Duff to ride the pine for awhile. Too many k's and 1 home run every 5 games on average doesn't cut it with nothing much else in between. Also noticed that with Melley hitting with more power this year also seems to be bringing more k's for him also. Good come from behind win.
